About Us
A Great Work Foundation
A Great Work Foundation was born from a conversation with a close friend, where I realized how sharing my story could help others. In 2014, I came from Angola, Africa, to America with the hope and dream of obtaining a better education to provide a brighter future for my family. Unfortunately, a year into my university studies, my country was struck by a financial crisis that disrupted my educational journey. This crisis was forcing me to pack my bags and return home. Despite this setback, my faith in God helped me believe that the impossible can happen for those who have faith and work diligently to achieve their dreams.
